Publication Ethics

The Arab Journal of Artificial Intelligence (AJAI) adheres to the highest standards of publication ethics and is committed to upholding integrity, transparency, and academic honesty in all aspects of the publishing process. The journal follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE).

???? Responsibilities of Authors:

Manuscripts submitted must be original and not under review elsewhere.

Authors must properly cite and reference all sources used.

Any conflict of interest must be disclosed.

Plagiarism in any form is strictly prohibited. All submissions are checked using plagiarism detection tools.

In case of errors discovered after publication, authors must notify the journal promptly to issue corrections or retractions.

Reviewers must evaluate submissions objectively, confidentially, and within the agreed timeframe.

Personal or professional conflicts of interest must be declared.

Reviewers must not use any part of the work for personal advantage.

Editors must ensure fair and unbiased peer review of all submissions.

Decisions are based solely on the quality, originality, and relevance of the work.

Editors will maintain the confidentiality of all submitted materials.

Editors must take appropriate action in cases of ethical misconduct.

???? Misconduct and Retraction:

AJAI takes ethical violations seriously. In cases of plagiarism, data fabrication, or any breach of ethical standards, the journal reserves the right to reject, retract, or publish corrections as needed.
